Sometone told me this, I was wondering if there was any truth to it.

Well, I wouldnt recommend that one cause your basically sitting on your back, which could create pressure, thus making it not feel to good. What i would suggest is lying on your side with a pillow between your knees.

Complete support for every part of your body. Except your neck, but hey. It also supports the spine evenly. Yes, it's very handy. So is lieing in bed without a pillow, or with a very shallow one.

Between being top heavy (boobs) and wearing a duty belt (to carry radio, cuffs, weapon) I find after work I can get relief by stretching out on one of those big exercise balls. Stretching on my belly just relaxes me, stretching on by back gets the weight off those two areas for a while and stretches my back out. Plus the ball can be used for other exercises and stretches too.

Definitely! I've heard from tons of peers and loved ones w/ tattoos that if u consider approximately getting a tattoo u will have to plan to get it someplace in which there is a little extra meat and no more bone.
