get some medical mental help, for one thing you probabaly shouldn't weigh 100 if you were just at 120 and also only eating once a day does not always guarentee you to loose weight if you are eating in between it, only eating once a day is also very very unhealthy for you and you should try to just stick to a low calorie diet if you are that concerned and make yourself exercise

Okay, first of all, EAT MORE. That's right, you read it correctly. The smaller the portions and the more frequent you eat those portions will actually increase your metabolism and help you lose weight. That's why you don't notice any difference at all. I think you're on the right track with drinking milk and eating lots of fruits and veggies. Good for you. Actually, GREAT for you. So if you eat more of that, plus some meat here and there, you'll do much better. So all in all, yes, I think it's normal as to what happened to you, but it's not normal to eat only once a day.
I lost 12 pounds in three weeks recently. All I did was cut fast food out of my diet and hit the gym every other day for two hours straight working on every muscle part I can think of, plus cardio. This program (that I devised myself, mind you) worked for me. Also, the faster you lose weight, the harder it will be to keep off, so try to lose weight slowly. When I realized I lost 12 pounds, I was happy, because I don't have to work as hard to keep it off. Good luck.

First of all, you are still drinking Milk which should be replaced with water or green tea, because milk contains fat and sugar. Drink sour lemon juice with pinch of salt two glasses everyday in the morning before you eat anything else. Give 30 minutes gap and start your breakfast preferably fruits. You said you are eating too much fruits, aren't you? 1-and-half pound of fruits a day is enough. You could eat two meals a day but very less rice or breads.Whole grain is best. Stay away from sweet candies or anything with sugar for sometimes.Drink as much as water to cleanse all your fats and also keep you hydrated in this summer. That should work for you within 2 weeks.Good Luck!

You don't mention your height or bone structure. Unless you are 5 feet tall or under, 100 pounds is too thin. Your body thinks you're starving it by giving it only one meal a day so it will conserve as much weight as it can. Try to eat 3 small meals a day with your fruit and milk as snacks twice a day and see if you don't arrive at a healthy weight. Your exercise could be skating, swimming, playing volleyball, basketball, baseball, whatever. Just walking instead of driving gives you exercise. You might try riding a bike to places you want to go - that's good exercise.

when you starve your body (like you are doing) it puts it into survival mode and everything you eat is stored as fat...it also causes you to retain water (which adds weight) and is VERY unhealthy. You need to be getting at LEAST 1200 calories/day (more if you are a teen) or you could be effecting your health in a serious way. if you are unable to stick to a workout regimen, try sports (like playing basketball with friends or roller blading) get on a team even or get some friends together at your house to do an exercise video a few days a week. Starving yourself is not the answer and in the end will backfire. Try eating a balanced healthy diet and increasing your physical activity instead.

wow you reduced 8 pounds and you still think that its not working.... Dont stop eat more than 1 meal.. its pretty ok what ever you have been going.. Continue doing this.. you are on a right track and will get the desired weight this way and this process wont even harm your health. You can enjoy walking besides dieting..It will help in reducing more weight.. or stop using lift and go through stairs.. it can reduce your weight.. It workss even if you dont have time out to go to the gym etc.. but still with this exercise take care of your health .. milk is necessary...
you want an extreme way to reduce weight? tak a lot of tension of a lot of things.. think a lot.. oh thats a psychological treatment.. haha.. by the way dont act on this one.. (just kidding)
cheeer up... n best of luck..

Well if you eat only one meal a day, your depriving your body of the nutrition it needs to preform the tasks of making you loose weight. At first starvation may work, but however that will soon end. Keep eating a balanced diet, don't cut down meal size; cut down meal portion. And remember if you exercise, your muscle weighs more than fat, so don't let that bring you down.

well from experience you need to cut down on the portion sizes of your meals and eat several little meals a day. you metabolism needs a good jump start to start burning the fat from your body. keep eating all those fruits and veggis but cut way back on the milk!!!! try using skim if possible. i know for a fact if you stay away from any foods that are white "bread, rice, noodles" and sweets you will continue to lose! GOOD LUCK... AND KEEP IT UP
