I am 25yo adult male and is not circumcised. I am able to pull back my foreskin to reveal my glans easily. But when the foreskin is pulled back, I could feel tightness on my glans. I often experience cut that cause intense pain that looses my sex drive. It was not experienced during masturbation. What should I do?

the inside of my vagina itches and upon inspection i did find a little tiny skin tag type of thing, its not all dead skin becausecant pull it off. im not even sure if that is important. im not sexually active, but i did just shave down there today. i no it gets agravated when u shave but i shave pretty often and this has never happened. also, i should be just ending my period, its on the 6th day and it never last this long, ive been having my period for years so its gotten regular. anyway im still finding little bright red clots that ive never noticed before with any other period, and i dont no if this could be related to the itching. its really freaking annoying... any ideas?

why does everyone think they are better than me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i put one typo! and my bestest friend ever wont talk to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
my parents like om big brother more than me!!!!!1
just cause i dont agree with everything everyone else freakin says! and peopel wonder why they think i should go to therepy!!!!!!
i try to be nice but if im not like everyone else, im a freak thats not worthy to even be a friend!!!!!!!
everyone only notices when i do something wrong!!!!
who cares if i do anything right!!!!!!!


thats why i dont talk to people!!!!!!! but than everyone gets mad at me for not talkin!!!!!!!! if people could actually be nice and actually see from my point of veiw, the world would be a much better place!!!!!!!!!!!!!

or maybe to make it easier i should just go away to france or something cause its evedent i wont be missed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to the dentist to day because I got hit in my front tooth and it turned gray the dentist told me that my tooth died. Now I can not stop crying because they are going to have to do a Root Canal and have to put a crown on it.BUT because I have braces they are not going to put it on until I get my braces off and that is going to be in a very long time. I am very devistated school is about to start and I'm going to be very sad about my tooth.

I had a diabetes coach suggest I ask my doctor about it to see if it will help me to lose weight. I only need to lose about 50 pounds (I had lost 40, then gained back 10 when I lost my job last April). Can anyone tell me what side effects there might be with this med? What does it do exactly? Does it work well for blood sugars as well as losing weight? Is there a website I can go to so I can read up on it? I see my doctor on Monday and I want to know more about this before I ask her about it.
