False. It depends on what you are eating and your daily schedule. If you are a night worker then eating after 6 pm is the same as having breakfast after 6 am. In many parts of the world people do not eat their final meal of the day until 8pm. In England for example, "tea" this is served with sandwiches and biscuits at 4pm. and the final meal is at 8-9 pm, but this meal is loaded with protien and very little carbs. So it all depends on your lifestyle and schedules.

What is unhealthy is eating nothing all day and then grourging after 6pm.

True. Its unhealthy to eat after 6 is because its late in the day and you probably plan on watching tv and relaxing until you go to bed and all the calories you ate are stored as fats and dont get burned off. But if you are most active after 6 it doesnt matter and you burn as much as you can.

It's bad for your dreams, especially if you sleep with someone. Some people end up chocking people in their sleep if they eat certain foods before bedtime.

As for your health, it isn't more unhealthy to eat after a certain time. It's unhealthy to eat too much. After dinner, that should be basically it for the day. A light snack would be good, but that's all.

It really depends on when you retire for the night ,its not healthy to eat a Big meal right before bedtime. But if there is at least 3 hours from the time you eat and go to bed it shouldnt be unhealthy. This is one of my worst habits I gained alot of weight by eating too late and then going to bed.Avoid getting into that habit. If your going eat before bed have some fruit or a lite yogurt or Salad.

It depends. If you haven't eaten all day it is okay, but you should not do it on a regular basis.
You should never eat at least three hours before retiring for the night. It takes about three hours for your food to digest and you should be active while it is digesting to use up the calories. Eating before you go to bed on a regular basis definately does cause you to gain weight.

well, after 8pm, your body starts to focus on delivering nutrients to your system and if you eat during this time, the body will not be able to concentrate on digesting the food you eat.

As a result, food doesnt get digested well and piles up in your stomach and will turn putrid.

You end up getting fatter and having a tummy... and your body's abilty to deliver nutrients are also affected.

If you MUST eat after 8pm, take fruits, salads and soups. No more solids after 9pm.

false
a lot of people don't eat after 6pm cuz they are on a diet..
reason why. you may know it already..
most people eat after 6pm and just watch tv and go to sleep.
in which you don't burn that much calories..and get fat slowly or quickly.( defending on their genetics)
So, if you are not most people.you will be okay.

I myself usually work out around 8pm .And able to burn the calories that I ate..
