i had terribly dry skin ,it itched bad and i couldnt sleep at night
i tried everything and it didnt work and then they came out with that johnsons soft was body wash and lotion the one in the yellow and white bottle . i use the body wash and use the lotion right after i get out of the shower and it works great!
also try to make sure your shower isnt so hot ,it will dry you out even more

I used the Aveno lotion with menthol in it. I have had a bad time with dry skin this year, even into the summer. It's pretty humid here in Florida and I've still got it bad. The Aveno works well.

Drinking lots of water will help. There's a lotion called Renew made by the company Melaleuca. It's only available through direct marketing- but it works wonders.

First and formost you DEFINENTLY want to use chapsticke. Secondly get a really good lotion, creams would be best and try keep as much skin covered as possible, cold weather wil;ll dry out your skin fast.

Use a alcohol free lotion then put your gloves on. Always wear your gloves in the winter. Also use an alcohol free face lotion and chap stick

drink more water. you have to be hydrated in order to be not dry!
utilize a humidifier when necessary.
moisturize as needed to hold in the moisture in your skin after you shower or bathe.
