A benefit from Raw eggs? Salmonella poisoning.

There really aren't any benefits to "drinking" raw eggs, and, indeed, there is a risk that you will contract salmonella poisoning, which is NOT something you want to gamble with.

Cook your eggs first. You won't lose out on anything nutritious.

None. The probability of transmiting a Salmonella infection is greater with a raw egg!

Dear confec 2000
Not really an advantage, sav for some more vitamins such as biotine and avidine, however, eggs are "cooked" in our stomach anyways, by means of the acid we do secret in it (clorhidric acid) that denaturalize and digests the egg inside of the body....
Not areal advantage, because other foods contain the same vitamins (soy n¡beans, soy bean sprouts, wheat germ) among others.
Yours sincerely

hmm nothing that a few antibiotics wont cure in 7-10 days. Bad stomache pains if you get infected with bacteria. you still get all the amino acids in the white of the egg cooked. dont take a chance, eat the eggs cooked

The possibility of getting salmonella. Nothing else that I can think of. It's mostly a cultural thing.
