the lump is hard and tender to touch,more tender when menstrual cycle starting.my daughter very scared that its cancer.she went to have lump diagnosed thru needle biopsy,but could not be done because lump was not visible on screen although very easy to feel.

Sometimes, when I least expect it, a small, painful transparent bump appears on the underside of my tounge. Hell, It's simple to pop but it secretes some kinda warm liquid i've never seen before. This happens frequently, and the liquid isn't blood! Help?
