I've tried many different approaches, and I'm at the point where Im sooo confused and frustrated! If anyone has achieved a successful weight loss, in a reasonable time, PLEASE let me know. I love to walk, and would be into trying yoga, and free weights... but I hate going to sweaty gyms.
As far as food - I love sushi, peanut butter, fruit, veggies, pasta, seafood, rice, and chicken.
Oh, yes, some dark chocolate is good too.
I don't drink (alcohol) and stay away from soda and diet drinks.
I know water is a good thing, but have trouble drinking 100 ounces a day, but will do it if it is neccesary for weight loss.
