I want to know is working out when being a teenager good or bad?if its good then tell the workouts they should do to make them strong.

Lift weights. But please, spend a little money and have a trainer show you how to lift. If you don't lift correctly you could be wasting your time or worse, you could hurt yourself. If you talk to a trainer, you will become stronger and more fit in a shorter period of time.

Teenagers should excercise with weights about every day. They should do crunches, pushups, arm circles, and more. Run on treadmills, and also work out on other machines. Working out as a tennager is good, so you can build up strength for later in life.

I'm 16, and kinda thin, so when I started doing set-ups for 4 min daily for a week, I started to have some abs, and now a month later I have abs that are really nice !!!

Take OUT the trash; clean OUT the garage; take the old newspapers OUT to the recylcling bin...there are lots of good workOUTS for teens!

IT'S GREAT! Anything in the Gym will make you stronger especially lifting weights.

Any workouts like weight lifting, sit-up, push-up, etc is good.

purchase some weight plates (olympic typical) and positioned them on your back and do pushups. positioned them for the time of your chest for situps. Do dips with the weights tied to your back for triceps and chest. it is the terrific you will get and not utilizing a wellbeing center.
