What about great calves? I have chicken legs and would like to know what worked for you.......

Hamstrings = Lay on your stomache on a flat hard surface and get a dumbell or sandbags or ankle weights and bend your knees meaning try to get your heels to almost touch your butt.

Calves = Again hold something heavy to your legs like ankle weights , stand on a hard surface and go on your toes and go back down, or you could stand on a step do the same method but only stand on your toes so your heels go a little below the step and go back up

* Do hamstrings twice a week heavy weights 4-5 sets 8-12 reps
* Do Calves three times a week 20-30 reps 4-5 sets

You just need a play ball, the dollar kind, about 11-13 in. diameter. Squeeze the ball every which way that you can with your legs. Also, bike & stair steps.

Try doing standing pilates. If you don't have much time, just try standing on your toes or wear high heels.
