This thing is rubbing my leg and it is very irritating. Short of taking it off, how can you minimize the rubbing. I thought about knee highs but the boot is hot enough as it is!! HELP!

Wear a cotton athletic sock that goes to the knee. You can always cover the spots that rub with moleskin, which you can get at a drug store. And rubbing roll on deo onto your feet, or the spray kind in your case, will help with sweating.

I had to wear one for 6 months. My suggestion is to keep it as tight as possible without interrupting circulation. If you need some kind of sock try using two tube socks and over lapping them so they come up high enough. you will have to cut the foot/toe out of one of them.

or you can get some sweat pants and cut the legs off of them and use that.

I know a solution that may sound kind of gross.

Buy a box of cheap feminine pads and attach one or two of them to the inside of the boot where it is rubbing your skin. It will make the boot feel softer and they are absorbent to.

I would add a little padding to the area it is rubbing or put banaids where it is rubbing. I have put bandaids in the back of them to cut down on the rubbing. Good luck!

Go get knee high socks from like a camping store that "wick" away moisture. It will keep the sweat away form your body so that it is less irritating and keeps you cooler.
