Well you'd have to do the math. 3,500 calories = 1 pound. (I know, I know, ain't that a *****? Haha, good luck! :P
)

And the body uses between 1500 - 2000 calories a day for your body to function healthily. That is if you move around alot during the day, ect. But if you have sedentary lifestyle then you should eat less because you're using less to avoid weight gain.

But 700 really is too little. You may feel weak. Here:

CALORIES NEEDED FOR WEIGHTLOSS:

Current Weight- Calories Needed for Weight Loss

150 - 1050
160 - 1120
170 - 1190
180 - 1260
190 - 1330
200 - 1400
210- 1470
220 - 1540
230 - 1610
240 - 1680
250 - 1750
260- 1820
270 - 1890
280 - 1960
290 - 2030
300 - 2100

If you weigh more than 300 lbs, then start by eating 2100 calories a day. If you weigh less than 150 lbs, eat 1050 calories a day.

RE: If I eat 1250 calories a day and burn 700 of them in gym how much weight can I lose? Also, I burn calories just by sitting around, so say I ate 1250 calories, burnt 700 calories at the gym, and burnt another 1250 just by sitting round and sleeping etc, how much weight can I lose per a week? I am currently 63.4kg / 140lbs height is 169cm / 5"5 And I am 14 years...

700 calories is probably not enough. How much you need depends on what you weight now.

If you don't eat enough you will defenatly see the scale move, but it will be lean muncle you will be loosing and your body goes into starvation mode and will have on to the fat as long as it can.

To make it worse there are some studies that indicate after your motabolism goes down like this it rarely returns to nrmal levels making it harder to keep the fat off once you start eating normally again.

You are not losing anything I hate to tell you. You need to eat more to burn more. Have a low carb high fiber and protein diet and you will see results quicker. Good luck!

Please don't do that. First of all you will probably only lose water weight at first and then your body will hold on to every calorie you eat for dear life, you'll just end up tired and sickly. PLEASE don't try that.
