I'm 14 and I masturbate A LOT is it healthy will something happen if I keep doing it?????

I have problems with two teeth that my dentist says are caused by bacteria that gets in the hard to reach places. He prescribed a rinse with an antibiotic and it helped but it has run out. How do I keep the areas bacteria free for the long run?

I am 14 and i weigh about 135 lbs, i am in gymnastics and workout at least 13 hours a week, i know i dont need to lose too much weight but am aiming for about 120 lbs and need help getting there in a healthy manner. I try to eat healthy but it doesnt always work because im not good with temptations, and we have a lot of junk in the house (which i cant get rid of). Please give me some tips to help me lose weight and tone my body.

I jog up and down 50 times through our back yard every mounring. well, it a long one. I also play some football on saturdays with my friends and brothers.

I was looking at the cereal box and i discovered that it says we should get at least one hour of physical activity everyday. It reduces stress and anxiety.

We live in LAHORE , PAKISTAN . on sunday 16.7.06 we have recently bn looted near univesity campus. The 2 rascals were on new bike and forced me n my family to get out of the car but we didnt n those rascals were pointing the gun at my father that instantly my mother handed ove her pure gold bangles about 1 lac THANK-GOD evey one is safe but that insident is still roaming about in our eyes we think we have some kind of FOBIA of getting out of our homes,when ever we close our eyes those two ***** appear in front of our eyes we feel so weak it feels like we r a structure whice have nothing inside n our brain spins round n whiring around we have informed it 2 police AND THE BIG THING IS THAT WE FEEL SCARED THAT IF MY MOTHER HADNT HANDED OVER HER BANGLES AND WHAT IF WE DIDNT GIVE WAY TO THEIR REQUIREMENTS, please help we are surrounded with high mental problems (glad if u will help)
