I'm trying to pick a science fair project for next year and I was wondering if there was a way to test poultry's hormone and antibiotic content.

Yes you can but it depend on what kind of resources you have.
I would recommend searching Pubmed for some related articles. It's a medical search engine and there are usually a lot of free full-text articles.
Good luck!

Not real sure but I read an article in a magazine last week that was talking about the Asian bird flu and this article states that there is a time period in which the poultry farms in the U.S. stop giving the hormones and antibiotics before butchering. Maybe you could get info from a local school ag teacher??? Good luck.

Im surprised Artemis isnt up there. I feed my 4 dogs Artemis power formula, or one of Artemis's fresh mix dry dog food formulas, its a very high quality dog food, and is a little pricey i guess, about $40 a bag, and i purchase a few at a time.
