I jog up and down 50 times through our back yard every mounring. well, it a long one. I also play some football on saturdays with my friends and brothers.

I was looking at the cereal box and i discovered that it says we should get at least one hour of physical activity everyday. It reduces stress and anxiety.

well I make it everyday cus I am out of school for now. When school comes it will be 4 days a week.

I have heard that many times and it mainly depends on your age and weight stuff like that. I exercise alot too and for me that seems true.

I always wake early and do crunches and push ups after AM coffee, then run the neighborhood hills for 20 or 30 minutes. Every day. Never missed in the last 10 years.

I exercise for about 30 min 3 times a week and ride a bike a lot

Sounds true. Unfortunatly not everybody has the time to do that. I personally work out M/W/F for an hour.
