I jog up and down 50 times through our back yard every mounring. well, it a long one. I also play some football on saturdays with my friends and brothers.
I was looking at the cereal box and i discovered that it says we should get at least one hour of physical activity everyday. It reduces stress and anxiety.

well I make it everyday cus I am out of school for now. When school comes it will be 4 days a week.
