How do I tell my parents I feel really depressed without being a drama queen?

My mom doesn't believe things like this, and shhe think I just want attention, even though I cut and scrape my skin becuase it feels so good. I dunno about my dad.

Morbid Obesity?

Did you see the prog on TV a couple of months ago about the people who were absolutely enormous & could do nothing but lie in bed with all their bellies laying at the side!! Having to be oiled to keep skin moist & fed continually....... Why wasnt the problem sorted B4 they got to that state..... I know its everyones free will to do as they please but whats the point of that, when they put an enormous strain (no pun intended) on hospitals & other services & know they are killing themselves.

I was holding my breath and now my lungs hurt?
