I have been feeling the same way for almost ten years...It has gotten to the point that I don't care about anything anymore. I am always sad, have negative thoughts and things that used to matter to me , now doesn't....I have been getting professional help and have taken different medications for this. The doctors I have seen keep switching my meds in hopes of bringing me out of this funk....I have deep clinical depression, phobias and anxiety. I am currently trying Prozac.....Loved ones, even though they mean well...just don't understand. I spend lots of time by myself and I keep praying. I feel that the LORD is keeping me from doing any harm to myself. Religion does help!....God Bless You!

i think it is some sort of depressive disorder. i have it too. my doctor wanted to put me on antidepressents but im afraid of the side affects. the best thing i know to do is when you are haveing negative thoughts stop and think of something else something that gives you a laugh or makes you happy. if thinking about something negative will depress you then maybe thinking about something positive will lighten your mood good luck

Jesus said, "how can you add a single day to your life by worrying?"

Exactly. What you are worrying about, you should be worrying about where you are going when you die, don't get caught up in earthly things your not here long enough.

You can also tryout XanGo! A natural drink that reduces anxiety.

Is a matter of who or what is going to control what your mind is doing to you. You have become the victim of a habit.. you left the door wide open and it is always negatives which are waiting for that door to open..

There are methods to overcome this particular manifestation of the mind. Is a matter of clearing out some of the stored emotions you have accumulated over the years. They become triggers, which seem to guide much of our actions and reactions.
