If you're having sex several times a day, you might want to try using extra lubrication, like KY jelly, just to make sure she doesn't get sore, but a woman can have sex many many times a day with no ill effects.

I know that I have, and do on a pretty regular basis, have sex many more times than twice a day.
A little bit of lube helps a lot - but other than that - batter up!
