I've got half a stone to lose and eat about 7 slices of bread with butter, although it's granary bread, a day, 3 slices for breakfast and then just as snacks i also have about 4 vodka's with slim line tonics and a chocolate bar a day and lunch and dinner, uually rice with chicken and veg or baked beans on toast with fried egg and mushrooms. I have cut out all the bread and have 1 bowl of porridge for breakfast, baked potato and salad or chicken and rice for meals, no chocolate or alcohol and no carbs after 4pm, will i lose wight quickly? I do lots of walking every day
