typically if you are 5 feet you should be approx 100 pounds. you should be about 5 pounds for every additional inch.

you should be around 110 (at the least), doctors suggest about 5% more to remain healthy (about 116) if you were to be 20-29% you are considered overweight (132-142), when you reach 30% (143-or more) more than what is suggested you are considered obese.

as for you on a more individual degree...i believe factoring in all the other information you provided is very important. you are at this time going through a crazy number of changes with your body. your family may feel your looking a little heavy, what that could be is your muscle pushing at your fat. (please dont take the term fat badly) you seem to be very active and may have a large amount of muscle mass versus fat mass. if you want to make any changes to your body regarding weight, you should focus mostly on you BMI and not the scals. BMI lets you know the percentage of your body that is fat mass. the lower the better. keeping that in mind you dont want to get TOOO low. women are naturally designed to have more fat mass than me (we do carry the children). a women should not fall below 17% BMI. falling below that can result in damage to your bones and other organs. you may be eating great and working out great and be a great weight...but thats not always great in the long run, especially when you in a strong developmental stange of your life.

You sound perfect to me trust me you are too young to worry about your weight learn to love your body regardless of what others thinks you are the only one who can make you feel good or bad about your body but really you are perfect for an 11 year old going thru puberty by the time your are 16-18 you will look like a model stay up!!!!

Sounds like you're doing great!! The exercise you do is the key factor, and your weight is well within the norm for such an active girl. But your exercise is wonderful, so keep it up. Oh, but don't get too worried about your weight, especially considering the frame and size you may inherit. You're doing great with your exercise, but I don't want you to "over-do" the exercise out of fear of being overweight. Some "fat" is necessary, and attractive in life, on boys as well as girls, so don't get too worried about it and end up looking anorexic. I bet you look great now and will look superb as you mature. You're right on line with a great future. God Bless you.

Yes - you're very healthy. And don't worry about puberty - it happens to everyone at different times, I matured quickly too and got my period when I was 11.

You weight more than 80% of the people your height and age. If you are getting a lot of exercise, so I wouldn't worry too much - you have more muscle than most people your age, too.

yes it is, you'll just have to mantain it, and if you get taller you should gain some weight also. you're still growing so you may look entirely different at the end of puberty, so don't freak out because of all of the sudden growth spurts (all of them..).
