it's always above the muscle. i've never heard of a procedure where the implants were put inside the muscle. reason is your skin stretches to accomodate the size, your muscle cannot do that.

Really depends on your frame, skin type, how heavy you are. Most people I know get under the muscle, but maybe that's because they are saline and sometimes you can see more rippling if they aren't under.....
Maybe silicone would be better above.........

it think most implants are under. cuz it has a more natural shape to the breasts

Neither if it is purely for enlargments. If this is becuase of a loss of a breast due to cancer - I'd ask you physician what is best and why.. no yahoo answers.

I also believe that the way you were made is best. I can see why you'd do a reduction especially if they are causing you back ache and so forth, but make them bigger? I wouldn't bother!
