i always feel that way even though i have a million people surrounding me i always feel lonely on the inside.
no one can make me smail or laugh anymore its like i have no feelings or emotions for anyone anymore and i dont know what do cause my parents dont listen to me and my mom hates me.

Are you born with it or do people have to always work at it? I can't understand why I have lower self esteem than anyone I know and it gets worse as I get older. I tried to write a list of good things about myself and I only came up with 4 things! that's not good.

OK, I have come to a plateau, I need to do something and wanted to know if I someone with knowledge of ephedrine could take a look at my dosage and suggest if I should up my ephedrine or maybe suggest another combo?

PLEASE DO NOT PREACH to me about the negative affects of ephedrine, I've heard it all.

I make my stack with Primatene tablets, caffeine pills, aspirin. I have built up to (slowly and only added more when I hit a plateau I couldn't break even with calorie reduction):
2 tablets (12mg) ephedrine (primatene) = daily total 84mg
1 caffeine pill (200mg) = daily total 600mg
1 aspirin (81mg) = daily total 161mg
I do this 3 times a day, actually the first dose I take 3 primatene and the last dose I don't take any aspririn.
I also take a multivitamin, a magnesium supplement, a potassium supplement and I drink an energy drink for the taurine and B-vitamins (SOBE Adrenaline rush has the most vitamins I can find)

I'm 15 years old, and after seeing two orthodontists, they both said I have an overbite. Therefore if I wanted to, I could get braces to fix them. They both unfortunately said I could not get Invisalign. And the orthodontist my parents want to use (if I get braces) only offer the ugly metal ones. I'm not that self-conscious about my smile right now, but the overbite is noticeable. Should I go through with it?

I am going to be 60 years old next month, I am a grandma. I "drove" a motorcycle in the 60's, my husband & I threw a big wake for Jimi Hendrix when he died. I have done it all except I have always wanted a real tattoo ! My husband thinks I'm nuts. I am a diabetic & he's afraid it won't heal properly.

When my Mother was terminal, at the end, the last 2-3 months, they came every other day to every day...They are a wonderful group to help in your need...Nurses, and Staff. As far as the care someone gets..which is best? Home Health Care or Hospice Care..This Lady I sit with isn't doing to well (Just a matter of time). The Family was told to just keep her comfortable,,But she has Home Health Care..but their services are limited. I don't much about Hospice..But was told they could do more than Home Health.

sometimes when i stand up really quick after sitting down i (sometimes) feel light headed and lose my vision for about 30seconds to a minute. and i do not have vision problems, i have 20/20 vision. what could be the cause? or does this happen to everyone?

My husband and I with 2 young children are visiting Dallas, soon.
I use crutches because I have difficulty walking.
