OK, I have come to a plateau, I need to do something and wanted to know if I someone with knowledge of ephedrine could take a look at my dosage and suggest if I should up my ephedrine or maybe suggest another combo?

PLEASE DO NOT PREACH to me about the negative affects of ephedrine, I've heard it all.

I make my stack with Primatene tablets, caffeine pills, aspirin. I have built up to (slowly and only added more when I hit a plateau I couldn't break even with calorie reduction):
2 tablets (12mg) ephedrine (primatene) = daily total 84mg
1 caffeine pill (200mg) = daily total 600mg
1 aspirin (81mg) = daily total 161mg
I do this 3 times a day, actually the first dose I take 3 primatene and the last dose I don't take any aspririn.
I also take a multivitamin, a magnesium supplement, a potassium supplement and I drink an energy drink for the taurine and B-vitamins (SOBE Adrenaline rush has the most vitamins I can find)

I have researched which vitamins compliment these pills - potassium at the dose I take per day, which is just sold over the counter at the local Wal-Mart!

...try weed i think its safer. oh wait i think i get it, your anorexic, i see now...well if you want to lose even more weight just stop eating all together, why bother with the pills and such?

Weed - YUCK!
Anorexic - look up the definition, I am 5 ft even and 129lbs - hardly anorexic
Pills - why not take some extra help?

I've also hit a wall as far as using diet pills and such. The best thing you can do now, is to alter your diet. Stop taking the pill cocktails for 2-3 weeks. Your body, over time builds up a resistance to the pills. Also, vitamins can sometimes counteract the diet pills. Drink mostly water, and cut out as much sugar as possible (pop, candy, most fruit juices, etc.) eat leaner meats, such as chicken, venison, and fish. Up your intake of greens, particularly spinach and broccoli. That should help jump start the process. In a couple weeks time, you should be able to start up the pill cocktails again, and they should work fine.

Try a little bit of something else. Just a little bit. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. So you are a victim of this pandemic (epidemic). You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Plus click on "Pure Water" to make sure the water you drink doesn't hurt you. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

Hmm. Maybe you should take a week or so off of it. I recall the epedrine products I took mentioned something about 'cycling' it. Never knew if it was for health reasons or the fact you would build a tolerance.

Maybe look at changing your workout routine.

Try any natural alternates which can cure, how about homoeopathy, it heals, yup! it is given as per an individual's personality, especially the kind which you described. Wanna think about it????? before it is toooooooooooo late? Do think. I am not a preacher, but to watch something so nice vanish, is bad for my mind, any mind, any where in the world. Thanks. anjum
