try to force ur self to wake up early in morning its very important to wake so early and to sleep around 11 pm or 10 pm having good breackfast and dont work 2 much...try to focous on healthy food stop eating junk food and if u dont feel like eating healthy food much but u just wanna eat pizza or whatever...then try to forget all of the food and just eat an appel or pear or anykind of that ....it well make u much better and be sure u drink water properly everyday cuz water is so important...u feelin tierd cuz ur messing all the things obove goodluck from the superguy

Check your diet. Are you eating too much sugar, fatty foods, bad carbohydrates etc. Document your eating habits in a journal for a month to give you a clear idea of what you are eating, how much, and how often. You might be surprised. More fruits, vegetables, less red meat, and cut back on animal fats. And exercise daily. If you're experiencing undue stress find out the cause and resolve it.

Go on a diet which is balancing you like plant protein plus multivitamins and minerals.

Since I drink a Herbalife Shake daily and eat two Formula2 tablets for my vitamins and minerals, I just feel good. Now I am 50 but I feel like 30 again.

Try eating protien, either some meat or nuts. And drink water in case you're being fatigued by dehydration. Also, there are some herbal teas you might be interested in.

What's going on that's making you tired?

gatorade and meditation. Meditation is as simple as just sitting where your at, closing your eyes, and letting your mind wander!
