Try using aquafor, I use it for any dry skin problems I have and I love it. It's even good for chapped lips. You should also try contacting a dermotologist to see if there is anything else that you can use.

Consult a dermatologist about a prescription for LIDEX and/or VANOS!
I've had dermatitis and these cured the affected/infected areas!
