I did for a short time today......it was a sort of sad yet interesting experience.

When I gained weight it was as all of a sudden i wa invisible for no one noticed me-wasn't fat enough or skinny enough and I was used to always getting looks from the males-made me feel as I lost something but then after awhile when my attempts to lose weight failed and I got more and more frustrated. Finally I decided to he..with it just accept and get on with life,in other words why let something so superficial allow me to be unhappy and then within mos lost the weight without really trying very hard and again getting looks. Sad really that we are so casually out aside when we no longer fit the image. I don't care how many feel good about fat programs,self-help books etc out in public,at malls ,parks and so on being overweight put you into not just ignore state but aren't even noticed, people look right over you. I doubt anyone looked me directly in the eye and even the friendliness wasn't there.

That was because you were invisible, spiritual reality no one believes on that stuff.
