It feels like this after i eat and at night.I don't have any idea what it could be because its not like sore or strap throat.I don't have tonsils. My ear was hurting for awhile last night and i had a headache.I also have a itchy rash on neck.Don't know if that has anything to do with this.Does anyone know anything about this or what it could be. Should i go to the hospital

How are you sure it isn't strep? The rash especially can be a clear sign pointing towards strep, as can the ear ache.
Does drinking water help?
Another possibilty is that you are allergic to something.
No matter what, get to the doctor!

tell him to apply heat salt water rinses and gargling. you may have strep with out the patches yet it is well worth stating. it must be an straightforward an infection and the saltwater thrice an afternoon a minimum of... see if it subsides.

yes go to the doctor like [yesterday] you may have some form of food poisoning / or you are allergic to something you drink. go get it checked out. and good luck.

You should go to the Dr. It could be strep, or something else, but go to the Dr.

sounds like an allergy you may want to go if it hasn't cleared up and definitely should go if it has gotten worse
