I used to smoke for about a year. I used to smoke a pack every week or sometimes two packs a week but on top of that i use to smoke the bad stuff like marijuana. that i did mostly every day like crazy but i quit all of that but now dayz i sometimes have trubble breathing. like @ night when i am trying to go to bet I have to use a fan or an air conditner. I use to have asthma when i was a little kid but grew out of it sometimes i wonder if it came back. But I can feel it in my upper back it feels all tight not really but i can barly feel my chest starting to hurt Thats all i have to say.

Oh yeah do you think if i started walking then got into runing that i could clear my lungs and I could breath right again?

Why is AIDS always related to homosexauals? I know that it is transmitted with blood, intercourse and from mother to embryo. Doesn't intercourse include normal heterosexual intercourse? Then why is it always related to homosexuals? I am seriously seeking an answer to this question, so I expect serious answers. I don't mean to offend anyone in any way, and if I did I'm sorry. I am only 26, and most of the time I have no urge to have sex. Its not that my boyfriend doesn't turn me on. But I could care less if we have sex once a month. I have a hard time having an orgasm, maybe that has something to do with it, but it shouldn't make me want to not do it. Is there some sort of medical reasoning for it? I feel like an old woman.

It hurt like a mother,I was crying like a pathetic baby and I couldn't even move it or it would start to hurt even worse. I'm talking I was in a DEEP sleep, and it woke me up with no warning.I guess it kind of sounds like it was a Charley Horse, but this is the third time it has happened to me in the past 10 years or so. The first time, the doctor sent me to the ER because my leg was turning blue and he was worried it could be a blood clot. Keep in mind, I am only 33 (younger then) and VERY active and don't smoke. It wasn't a blood clot, but I was on crutches for a few days after. Now,after last night's episode, it still hurts just a little, I put some heat on it and massaged it and took some Advil.It almost feels like a pulled muscle. I always stay hydrated, and take a multivitaman every day. But maybe I'm not getting enough potassium?Again, I want to reiterate the PAIN I went through, I don't wish it on my worst enemy.
Any ideas? I'm going to the doc if it doesn't get better soon.

I've had an ulcer, my hospital nurse recommended juicing green cabbage and drinking (blending) that juice twice a day for a week or two. I tried it for three days, and my stomach ailment went away...and never had a problem since. Any ideas about the ingredient in cabbage juice, some sort of natural enzyme possibly?
