[lol] Yvon, same here. I was very fit about two months ago, going to the gym, lifting weights, running for cardio, playing alot of soccer and basketball. I used to run 4 miles without being exhausted. A couple of days ago, I ran 1 mile and had to stop because of the lactic acid build up from not being physically fit. It totally sucks! i've got to go back to the gym some more.

Lately, I've been running about 25 - 30 miles per week. My long runs, of late, have been around 10 - 12 miles (without stopping).

The longest I've run without stopping is somewhere around 18 - 20 miles, but that was a few years ago.

I don't get that excited about running long distance any more. I enjoy the short, fast-paced races.

My average run these days is about 5 - 6 miles -- but it all depends upon what I am doing (working on endurance or speed).

The great thing about running is you always get better and better the more you do it or in other words it gets easier and easier. Right now I walk about 1 mile 2-3 times a week and I workout 2-3 times a week...If I wanted to run..(uggg...) I bet I could run 1.75 miles...I would be huffing and buffing!!!

I don't know...I bike. I can bike on the last gear for an hour without getting tired. Hills and all. I would bike longer, but that wouldn't sit well with my mother since I eat mostly low calorie foods and I bike every day.

I do enjoy short runs, though. Just as a spur of the moment sort of thing. I can run 1 mile just as easy as walking it, but then i stop because I run funky.x)

Depends on what is chasing me. If nothing, probably about 1/4 mile as I am very out of shape.

Zippo! Zilch! Running is too jarring. I love walking though - I do routines on the treadmill 5 nights a week and that works.
