It is absolutely fine, unless it keeps you awake. I have been working out like that for years and prefer it. It also helps me to sleep well because I'm exhausted.

As long as you don't have trouble falling asleep right after exercise. and take a whey protein shake after the exercise so you have some protein to build muscle with because you people don't eat right before they go to bed

i think this is usless becuse after u get ur self tierd u just get in bed and sleep and then its like u did nothin...plus it well make ur day more difficult and espachily if u have a hard work.so it well be more healthy if u wake up in the morning with the sun shining time and make ur exercises that time..then relaxing lilttle and ofcourse dont forget ur breackfast ;)

in simple terms upward thrust up and do something, My snoozing progression is haywire, I many times cant sleep so I do something like tidy my room slightly, I quickly sense drained back. i hit upon it extra acceptable than attempting to pressure my self to sleep. and tabs aint that tremendous for you truly, also stay away from ingesting sugary meals at evening, of direction espresso !!

it doesnt really make any sense to do it. exercise increases blood flow. when you go to sleep, your body and heart are supposed to slow down and reduce blood flow. so by exercising right before, youre causing yourself to stay awake longer.

I don't think so....they say not to workout 3-4 hours prior to sleep...I would say to do that in the morning.
