diving burns 3 calories a minute...so if you are out there diving for a half hour you will burn 84 calories. Not to mention you will be toning your muscles and getting your heart pumping. Remember, your heart is a muscle so it will exercise itself into shape just like an arm muscle would. Keep it pumping at a nice rate and you will have better cardio health. (and get nice and lean ) ;)

I practice ballet and yoga. I run X-us of a and song. For leg muscle tissues i propose Mountain cycling or cycling. on your fingers, you could compete in gymnastics or do top abdomen workouts. i propose the activities above. Weight training construct muscle yet deceases %. be careful in case you're a operating decrease back.

BEFORE accounting for the increased risk of dieing in general, YES, it is a great cardiovascular activity. After accounting for the risks, I believe that "the answer" is less certain...

If you are referring to "scuba diving," then the risks are even greater - even for experienced divers, and the benefits are roughly the same...

LOL I thought for a second you said driving!!!

LOL I was about to cuss you out, turning the steering wheel is not good cardiovascular!

But anyway, swimming is one of the best cardiovascular you can do. About the only thing which completely utilizes your whole body and puts it under weight while your doing it.

sure, cause I would guess you'd about have a heart attack everytime before you jump off the board. That would be quite a workout for the ol ticker.

Generally, I've always been told that "anything that gets your heart pumping" is good cardio (which is kind of redundant, but makes it easier to understand). Anything that takes effort and tires you out is good cardio.
