How do you get rid of panic attacks and cure yourself of all symptems permanetly without medicine? Has anyone ever cured them selves of this disorder and how did you do it?

I started bleeding from my nose ever since it got hot. I think it might be from the hot temperatures, but I don't know. Does anyone know what to do to stop the bleeding from reoccuring?

If you were fooling around with someone and some clothes ended up being removed and you found out that they self harmed, how would you react? Would you just ignore it or would you ask them about it?

I have a lot of scars on my legs and I ended up in a situation where a male friend saw them and I got really upset about it and he kept asking me about them and why I did it and I'm scared that I will have to keep explaining it for the rest of my life now because the scars will never go away.

A friend went to the E.R. w/two hugh abcesses and immediately was admitted and had two surgeries. No one in the medical field could give a clear answer. She was told it had nothing to do w/hygeine (she is very clean). She was also told it was a staph infection. Just no clear answers. She is recovering nicely.
