unless the doctor used disolving stitches they need to
be taken out for many reasons. one of which is the
danger of infection.

yes there's a possibility as well as the skin growing over them,if you have to, go to the er and they will remove them for you.

depends on the type...but they'll deffinetly get infected if you don't clean them regularly

possibly but your skin will get very irradiated from it growing over it.
