You're having the physical side effects that all women have during that time. It's just something that all women experience at a certain age.

because of the surgical operation that why u have earlly menopuse. some women still go throught this your body don't underestand mine don;t and still do have menopause sweating, period bumps, hot flashes

unless you had a bilateral oophrectomy ( both ovaries removed) you will still have menopause at normal age
