I didn't explain myself right. I have a really small wound on my skin caused by playing with her. I don't know her very well so I wanted to know if I could get aids in case she's infected

Aids is transferred Thur sex where there is an open wound, and when there is blood, transferring from the wound to the mouth, or a bleeding from the teeth, interning the wound on the penis.

Yes, Because the fluids from her mouth can go inside the wound on ur penis. That is how u will come in contact with AIDS.

It is not likely. At least if you only have oral sex (i.e., she fellates you). How do I know? Because, unlike the other respondents, I read what the experts say about transmission, and transmission through saliva is almost unheard of.
Take, for instance, the NY State Dept. of Health AIDS Institute:
"Transmission of HIV through saliva is an extremely rare event but has been described following a bite when blood was present in the saliva. Saliva is inhibitory to replication of HIV. Even in patients with periodontal disease, only low levels of HIV can be detected in saliva."
But why not wear a party hat anyway? That brings your risk from low to ridiculously low and shows you care about not giving HER some of YOUR cooties.

I am not even going to ask how the heck you got a wound on your penis but I will say it depends on if you use protection at the same time it has to work but why on earth would they be sucking on your penis with that wound on it!?!? I would think that would turn a woman off even if she did have aids.

You have an open sore on your penis? You need to get that checked I looked it up online and it could be an STD..Go to the doc!! And yes you could..as it is an open wound..PS how could you even want to have oral with someone you THINK IS INFECTED!! You need to get to know her!!

Oh yeah big time. It is transfered by body fluids, her saliva and your open sore in the skin. Not a good mix. And how in the world did you get a wound ion your ^^^^? Its pretty tough down there and I would question her rough behavior. But use common sense, get tested, and if you have questions about her, RUN!

not thru saliva, but if she has some cuts in her mouth and she bleeds during that time yes.
even if u didn't have that wound u might still be infected thru blood from the gums if they bleed.
so be extra carefull with that too.

Aids in saliva is not proven, but if you touched her vagins and then touched your penis with her vaginal excretions on it you could, I would find out what caused your wound on your penis because there are many kind of venerial diseases out there.
