I started bleeding from my nose ever since it got hot. I think it might be from the hot temperatures, but I don't know. Does anyone know what to do to stop the bleeding from reoccuring?

The hot, dry summer air in Phoenix can cause nosebleeds. I had them a lot my first year here. My son also had several during his first summer with us, after we adopted him. I'm just waiting for my second son to be affected by it, as this is his first summer in Phoenix. It's fairly normal. It helps to buy a humidifier, or inhale moist, steamy air in the shower. Volunteer to wash the dishes in your home; you'll get more opportunity to breathe in that good humid air.

The weather has suddenly shifted from very dry to very humid this week. That usually makes it better. And, it seems to stop after a summer or two, when your body's more used to it. But it has been VERY dry this year, and even long-term residents are feeling the effects of the dry air.

It's the dry air. Suggest using humidifier in your home, particulary in the bedroom while sleeping. A saline nasal solution would help alleviate the dryness in your nasal passages. Hope this helps you out.

If it is a constant flow, definately consult your doctor. Don't take tips from people on yahoo! answers.

If it's not that big of a deal, checko out webmd.com and look up some symptoms and causes... then look at some home remedies. Webmd.com has it all.

It is very dry out here, we haven't had rain in a long time. The dryness is very hard on your sinus. This is normal, but you should try drinking a lot of water. You really need to hydrate yourself.

Sounds like your nose doesn't like the dry air. Try getting a humidifer.
