i'm doing the diet thing...but do at times go to subway...and i was wondering what you think of this particular sub...good or bad?

-grilled chicken (they say roasted? but it looks grilled)
-onions
-lettuce
-mayo

i know the mayo isn't that good for me, but overall what do you think?

because i have to get up with the pain i have around my kidneys and keep bending over it lasts for about 3 too 5 hours now i find it hard too stay awake at work any one know anything

what i am trying to say is, what if i worked on my eliptical for 6 days a week for an hour(i lose 905 calories each time) and walk for at least an hour on the 7th day, would that be taking it to easy, becouse i am trying to lose weight.

and I have yet to receive a single answer. What does it tell you that there are so few scientific studies in regard to this? And by all means feel free to go back and answer the other question if you have info on SCIENTIFIC studies in this area. Keep in mind that all drugs have side effects. I just wish there was proof of side effects that would keep weed from being legal. Afterall it is my opinion that any side effects of marijuana are MUCH MUCH less harmful than either tobacco or alcohol.

She calls me and has her phone number blocked on the caller ID and refuses to give me her number, but she calls me everywhere including at work, at dinner with friends, in the car. She left a photo of Jesus Christ and some TV televangelist on my cell phone about 2 mo ago at about 1 am in the morning. I knew immediately it was her.
Last evening, she wanted me to look up sex offenders in my computer and tell her if 2 men were on the sex offender list because she thinks her 24 year old son is being molested by these guys she in her town and she thinks they may be on the sex offender list. NOT! She says he is spending too much time in the bathroom and she knows he is being molested by someone. I have kind of taken her son under my wing because she is so off center and crazy, I worry she will have an effect on him. I helped him get a job watch out for him. She is driving me nuts. She calls and wants to know about people at his job. What do I do? Can I have her committed ?
