my neice got sty onher lid,her lashes are getting thinner(loosing hair on lid) is it serious problem any cure?

The lashes are falling out because the sty is an ugly infection in the hair follicle. If you don't have the funds to take her to An Opthalmologist, the pharmacy has OTC (over the counter) medication for treatment of sty.
This is nothing to fool with. A professional would have sterile means of assisting with the healing of it.
