When I get hurt like stub my toe or bang my elbow on the wall my body goes numb and I feel like I can't stand anymore and I fall to the ground. (Add in) : It doesn't hurt when I play paintball though. When I get hit, I just feel a sting and 3 seconds later its gone, I don't get numb, dizzy or anything.

It could be that with the rush of adrenaline that you get from being hurt is too much for your body to handle. Simple chemical imbalance. If you think it's something more serious, the only person you can really trust is your doctor.
