whenever somthing sets him off, he has a violent bout of anger and try's to hit me and wants to break things and says he's going to hit me and wants to hurt me and sometimes tells me to stop looking at him. I have tried spankings on his bottom but they don't work, he just comes back at me and wants to hurt me. sometimes i have to pin him down to keep him from going wild usually the bouts end within a half hour and he ends up crying and wanteing to be hugged and then he says he loves me and i'm his best friend. i ask him what was going on and he says his head was hurting, i ask if he was hearing voices in his head telling him to do things and he says no. he was checked by a doctor and he is progressing fine though he is not a big talker. anyone got an idea what is going on with him? There is a history of bipolor and ocd in the family but i haven't noticed him doing any rituals so i'm not sure what is going on. thanks for the help.

My boyfriend has mildly bad asthma, and he is allergic to cats, he has a cat, and i have a cat. When we are at his house or mine, he coughs sometimes, and he says it's nothing. He doesn't carry his inhaler with him all the time, and i am afraid that one day, his asthma will act up and he will not have his inhaler. I have told him I am scared, and worry about him, but he acts as if it's nothing. How can i convince him that i am really worried about it, and it's important to carry his inhaler with him?

I was supposed to have an MRI and when I got in there, My stress level kept rising, so bad that I had to abort the test.. My only solution was that I had to travel over a hundred miles away and used a very expensive Open MRI. then I was able to do it.. Only, in the future, I am sure that there will be more times that I wont be able to travel there... I dont think a sedative will work.

Why do men naturally grow facial hair from puberty? Is it for appearance or something else?

Just that most things about our bodies have a reason.

I have been working out for about 2 months straight now. I've been running alot for cardio, and I can tell my waist is getting smaller, but the fat around my hips isnt!! Which is just making me look more pear-shaped. I want to lose that fat that sits right on your hips....if I continue running, will it eventually come off?? Or is there any other cardio that will guarantee to make that area slimmer??? Im not too fat, I just wanna wear low rise jeans without any "love handles" oozing out... if I buy a bigger size, then the jeans will sag on my butt and thighs......Help!! Thanks

I had a blood clot in my right leg (at the top of my calf) one year ago. In July of last year I had an ultrasound and it was gone.

Why does my calf continue to swell up? It isn't terrible, but you can definitely tell a difference when I take my socks off.

My doctor still has me on blood thinner (warfarin) as well.

Am I ever going to be back to normal?
