Not much research has been done on this - so no one really knows. But any exchange of bodily fluids and there is a risk of infection. My guess would be you may risk not only bacterial and viral infection; but more likely fungal infection too. It is doubtful if HIV can be transmitted by oral - but no one really knows for sure. Sexual intercourse has proved a health risk for girls at a very young age - cervical damage - leading to cervical cancer in later life. Anal sex obviously, spreads infection like HIV.

What are the HEATH dangers of engaging in oral sex? Hmmmm? Heath? As in a candy bar? There is no dangers to a candy bar, none whatsoever........Suck it all you want.....You might have a problem if you want IT to return the favor....
On the other hand, if you meant HEALTH dangers of engaging in oral sex, then I would have to say there are many;
Partner; HPV, HERPES, HIV, Hepatitis B, Oral Gonorrhea
Stranger; HPV, HERPES, HIV, Hepatitis B, Oral Gonorrhea
and countless other dangers! Can't be too careful with either!

Well there's this thing called thrush (not the little birdie). just painful and annoying. You can also have thrush in your throat as an infection with out being aware of it.
But the one I would really worry about is cold sores / herpes.
Once you've been infected with the virus you cant get rid of it.
The other issue is cleanliness, how do you know a stranger has good hygiene standards?
Still at the end of the day its down to you (pardon the pun)
Good luck

The #1 way HIV/AIDS is spread in the USA is unprotected oral sex between young heterosexuals.
Here is some information on condoms, birth control, infection, safer sex, abstinence and other alternatives to intercourse, how to talk to your partner about sexual issues ... even a video on how to CORRECTLY apply a condom.

In the case of rimming there is also the risk of:

Firstly, with your partner, be careful, as when you have done it once, he will want it all the time. But if you love him....
Secondly, the danger with doing it to a stranger is that your partner finds out and kills you.
And lastly, if you need any practise......

on the plus side, semen contains many nutrients and is good for glossy hair and strong bones. With your partner shouldnt be a problem if you are both ok for normal sex, stranger is a bit dodgy so use a rubber

Well, the immediate danger would be that the stranger's partner would get an axe and smack you alongside the head, resulting ultimately in your death!
That's obvious give us a real question.
