it is linked to your mother genes, the X gene, which , if you are a male, you get only form your mother... therefore, check if your mother's father or brother are bald, and see how you will turn out...
however, there is a possibility that you have inherited a recessive gene form your mother, that doesn't have the baldness in it, so, to conclude:
if your mother's brother and father are bald, chances are--you will be as well, although, not necessarily.

if his mothers father or brothers were bald then its very likely that he will b bald, but if he is black its ok cause black people look good bald

the mother could carry that gene but not be affected with it.. if she passed it to her son he could be affected.
