Abortion is often elective, at the mother's choice. Miscarriage is not the woman's choice and therefore more painful.

both can be painful. Both will carry emotional trauma, and an abortion will be painful.

A miscarriage depends on a lot of things. They may or may not be painful, it depends on the stage of pregnancy, and how your body handles it.

both.both deals with losing a love one but abortion is much more difficult to face because it would haunt you for the rest of your life while miscarriage happened though we didn't want it to..it's easier to accept.
