because it makes you weaker , and it messes up your eye sight , go to sleep

think of it like a car battery .the cells get lower and lower if you keep trying to start it.your body is the same.all your cells are 'flat' and need recharging

sleeping gives your brain & your body time to rest at night............not getting enough sleep also gives people headaches/migranes

you also cant concentrate as well, think as clearly, and by like 3 pm you'll be soooooooo tired........
