Recently Dr Tima soda, sweetened with honey, 10 oz bottles, switched to 12 oz bottles sweetened w/honey and cane sugar. I was very disappointed as it was one of the few decent sodas w/o sugar on the market. Now they have come back with the honey sweetened version in the 12 oz bottles according to the label on the bottles, however the carton the 6 pack comes in still lists cane sugar as an ingredient. I found this discrepancy at Whole Foods market.
Which is it? Sweetened with honey only or with cane sugar and honey?
Why did Dr Tima brand switch to cane sugar in the first place. If they are switching back to the original recipe, which I hope they are, why that too? Anybody in the know have an answer? I spend hundreds a year on the stuff but won't touch it if it includes cane sugar, too big a hangover the next day.
