more important than what you eat is how much you eat it.. If you get more energy from food than how much you consume, it adds your weight, grapes too if you eat them too much..

Depends which diet you're on.
They are relatively high in sugar compared to most fruits, but interestingly, if you are on a GI/GL diet, they have a low glycaemic load (so they give you continuous energy over a longer period of time than the same amount of calories from a banana).
They're not great for you in huge amounts though, because the skins can forment and cause bloating... the 'swallowed a football' look isn't good!

I've heard on television that grapes have very few calories and so even if you eat much of them you don't risk to get fat. What is fattening are sweets, chocolates, and most of all fried foods.

They are more fattening than other fruit as they produce a lot of natural sugar but if you are the weightwatchers 'switch' diet then no, they're 0 (zero) points.
