I found this great website and have bought some Kentish Cobnuts from it and want to find a cook a meal using them, has anyone cooked with cobnuts before? and if anyone else wants the website it is www.farnellfarm.co.uk.

The other link has some yummy sounding ideas, but in case none of those tickle your fancy, you could probably use them in any recipe that calls for hazelnuts, as they're similar.
Although they're one of my favourite nuts (either cobnuts or chestnuts), I can't say I've ever cooked with them, I always seem to end up chomping my way through a whole bag with nothing more culinary than a pair of nutcrackers to improve them!
