Probably any vitamin/mineral supplement labeled "complete".
You may want to add extra Iron and Calcium though.

Definitely an iron supplement. A lot of vegetarians become anemic from lack of iron, which is found in red meat. Also, a simple multi vitamin especially for women. I've been a vegetarian for 14 years, it's a wonderful, ethical and very healthy lifestyle.

I take the "One a Day Woman's Formula". I took it even before I was vegetarian as it has a great balance of things that everyone needs. For things like iron and B12 that are essential for non-meat eaters it's really good too.

I use Schiff's Vegetarian Multiple. Any good multivitamin/multimineral supplement would do, except that most brands that are readily available use gelatin as a binder. If you're eating a balanced diet, you shouldn't need supplementation, but I see it as insurance.
