The French prepare and present food with a passion the taste is excellent.

The Japanese prepare food with precision and freshness as a priority. the food is healthy.

However Gordon Ramsey's at the Conrad Hotel Tokyo is excellent also.(French style food)

My father used to rave about his mother's version which contained sweetened condensed milk and caraway seed. He said it was low, like a pizza. She was originally from Alsace. Has anyone ever heard of such a thing?

If so, do you remember what it was called, or what was in it? Also, did you enjoy it?

Every person I have spoken to, who has tried Persian food, has loved it! So, I was just wondering what you guys thought.

If you havn't tried it yet, do yourself a favor and find your closest Persian restaurant and enjoy!!! Yummmmmy!

I just made 3 jars of torshi haft-e bijar. For the next couple of weeks, do I store it in the fridge, or do I just keep it in a cool, dark place? Or does it matter?
Merci.

I really like the unique texture of couscous. I used to buy this tomato flavoured couscous from Tops but I don't live in the states anymore.

I was wondering if you have a recipe that I can make from scratch. I have the plain couscous here at home. What spices or veggies do I add to make it flavoured?

If you have another recipe. Please, do share!

I love trying different dishes!

What is one thing that you have never tried, or thought of trying, but you saw it on tv, or heard someone else describe it, and now you want to try it?

Me, personally, I want to try that poison fish they sell in sushi stores, that you have a chance of it killing you if not prepared correctly.
Bugs, crickets, maybe as well.
