Its not dumb because I didnt know until you asked. Its basically like a cookie sheet pan except with more depth to it. Go to any Target, Walmart website and they have pics.

A jelly roll pan has a higher lip on it than a cookie pan. There are never any dumb questions. Thought I should throw that in.

It is a 12 X 18 X 1 inch baking sheet. Like a cookie sheet. Just look for a long, very shallow pan in the cookware department of your department store.

Al I use for a jelly-roll pan is a large deep cookie sheet. I have found that the non-stick pans seem to be a bit deeper.

It is like a cookie sheet but with slightly more depth and often made of a heavier weight metal/aluminum than the cookie sheet.
Some use them for baking cookies.
Often used for making roulades -- thin cake ( rolled when still slightly warm, set, then unrolled -- a topping spread over it, then re-rolled -- cutting slices across roll. Looks like a log filled with goodness.

looks kind of like a cookie sheen but a little deeper. You make a cake in it then put icing (or some filling) on the cake and roll it up like a log.
